How do I terminate my Doc3 account or request cancellation by email?

To terminate your account (free or paid) by email, send a notice to notify@doc3.com stating your user-ID and clearly in English that you want to cancel your account and/or subscription. Download private data before termination; data is deleted after a retention period as stated in the terms.

What happens to my projects and data after cancellation?

Your access remains active until the end of the paid period. After termination, Doc3 deletes user data after the stated retention window, so export your files, memories, and glossaries before cancelling.

Setting up your Full Auto project in Doc3

Start by creating a new project. Add a project name, deadline, and if relevant, your client’s name or brand. Then select the source and target languages for your translation.

Next, choose the files to translate. Doc3 supports Trados (.sdlxliff), memoQ (.mqxliff), DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX formats, so you can handle both bilingual CAT files and standard office documents in one workflow.

If you have translation memories or glossaries, attach them from your Doc3 cloud or local drive to make the AI translation more consistent with your previous projects.

Choose a translation engine to translate entire documents

In the next step, pick the AI translation or machine translation option for your project. You can use the built-in Doc3 MT engine, which is trained on both technical and general content, or connect your own commercial MT engine such as DeepL, Google, or Microsoft Translator using an API key.

When creating the project, you can choose between:

Full Auto mode – translates all files, confirms segments, and completes the project automatically
Pre-translation mode – runs MT first and leaves all segments open for optional editing in the CAT editor
